Once a Day / Fourth Autumn

"What should I wear today?" I ask myself in front of the mirror every morning.

But it's not like I have so many clothes in my closet that I get lost in them.

Like the opening line of a Shogo Hamada song, these mornings of indecision at the change of seasons continue.

Unlike the lyrics, I should have enough clothes in my closet to get lost in...

As I wore them through their fourth autumn, I started thinking about my BONCOURA denim in its fourth year.

・One Wear a Day / Rubbing cheeks with denim

・One Wear a Day / Denim within denim

・One Wear a Day / No need for salt and pepper

I still love wearing the jeans I took out of the dryer that night.

I want to convey its charm in various ways, but in the end, what I want to convey is always the same.

It's that these jeans offer an overwhelming wearing experience and an absolute sense of security.

The power of the fabric, the thickness you feel in your hands, and the character that emerges the more you wear them.

Even after four years, they still feel like they're "growing up," which is why they're so demanding and yet so adorable.

Never-ending enjoyment is wonderful, isn't it?

"What kind of day will it be today?"

On such uncertain mornings, these are the jeans I instinctively reach for.

Perhaps it's because they're not flashy, but they fit into any daily routine.

That might be their universality, stemming from their functional beauty.

"Clothes that work perfectly without needing anything added"

I find myself rubbing the fabric in fleeting moments, or laying them on the floor and admiring them...

Unlike my 6-year-old son, I no longer rub my cheeks against them,

but the potential for growth and the affection I feel are the same.

Even though I have enough clothes to be indecisive,

there are mornings when I grab my BONCOURA without hesitation.

The End.

Have a nice weekend~!!!
