This includes focusing on the origin and blend of the raw cotton, the spinning process (such as yarn twisting), a commitment to pure indigo for the deepest possible dye, and weaving on a vintage BONCOURA special power loom. The stitching is done with cotton thread, allowing for enjoyable aging. The color and count of the thread vary depending on the area, and the sewing specifications differ for each model, such as the 66 and XX. All parts, including buttons and rivets, are original and feature the brand's logo, made with carefully selected materials. The silhouette of the BONCOURA XX is a slightly wider straight cut that evokes a rugged feel. While offering a comfortable fit, it's not overly baggy, allowing for a wide range of coordination, from fitted tops to relaxed-fit tops. Additionally, various vintage-inspired details are packed into every corner, such as V-stitching, hidden rivets, and punch-through rivets.

This product is delivered pre-washed at the factory. Because the fabric has already undergone shrinkage, there's no concern about significant size changes after the first wash, allowing you to wear it immediately after purchase.
